A well-known authority in Southern Kazakhstan, Bagdat, nicknamed "Bagda", receives information from his longtime friend about mass riots and violence in the region. Of course, he cannot stay away and tries to prevent possible events by all means. But he does not even suspect that all this is already being monitored by intelligence officers.
